Phoenix Academy Retreat Cancellation Policy

Please understand that running retreats is a precarious business when attendees change their minds or cancel before a scheduled retreat.

Booking a retreat centre and catering are major expenses and we expect attendees to do their best to commit to attending. We don’t break even when we do not get the numbers to make it viable. We try our best to be compassionate to your circumstances.

* Your Fees: ($599 for the course and your Initial Payment $900) are non-refundable. They give you full access to the online course material for one year from time of purchase, with extensions possible. Plus you will receive an intake with one of our therapists, and it holds your space in the retreat of your choice.

If you opt not to attend your desired retreat we will hold your Initial Fee and use it against a future retreat for one year from the time of payment. You may incur additional fees if the retreat you choose is higher than the one you originally selected.

We offer full refunds for your deposit with a written cancellation 45+ days before the training minus the Course fee, and your $900 Initial Deposit and a $250 + GST Administration fee.

Your Payments are non-refundable 45 days or less before the training.  

Note: We do our best to fill your spot, in which case you will receive a refund minus the Administrative fee.

When making payments directly to a retreat centre, please be aware that each retreat centre has a different cancellation policy. We do our best to harmonise our policy with theirs but there may be instances where the retreat may have a different policy than ours, in which case it is your responsibility to seek any refunds from the retreat centre on your own.
