Level 1 Training Registration

Before You Register

Please Note: In our treatments, we focus on preparation of the client and our retreats are no different. We would like to start preparing you at least two months before the retreat starts. To prepare the container properly we need to start getting to know you long in advance. Please allow at least a month to complete the online course prior to the retreat.


Once you have selected the retreat you would like to attend, follow these steps to begin the registration process.

Step 1

Purchase the Psychedelic Therapy Level 1 Course and begin working on the material.

The amount paid for the course will be deducted from your retreat payment balance.

Step 2

Fill out the Phoenix Training Questionnaire. The questionnaire can be accessed here and will also be emailed to you after purchasing the course.

Step 3

Login to your account and send a $900 deposit through the link below. The deposit will hold your space in the retreat of your choice.

Step 4

Pay the first instalment for your retreat.

Step 5

We will schedule your intake 6 – 8 weeks before the retreat start date and contact you with your remaining balance.

Step 6

Pay your remaining balance (noted on your invoice) as a custom instalment.

Step 7

We’ll set up 2 zoom calls for you to meet the cohort you’ll be spending 8 days with. We will also set up a cohort group on signal so you can get to know everyone.

More Information

During the retreat, you will stay at our residential retreat center where we hold the in-person training sessions, meals and recreational activities. The cost of the retreat includes meals and accommodations. The online course is preparation for the in-person retreat, and it covers the practicalities of running your own practice, client preparation, ethics, consent, theory, treatment modalities, trauma awareness, working with co-therapists, holding ceremonies, and more. At the retreat you get hands-on experience of holding treatments, holding space, being witnessed, somatic and therapeutic interventions, integration, corrective experiences, intention setting, spiritual experiences and therapeutic modalities.

To understand the importance of establishing intentions, you will set your own for the work you do during the retreat. We demonstrate effective interventions, including somatic, emotional and therapeutic, and how to incorporate a spiritual approach. Individual and group integration practices will also be demonstrated. Each participant will be evaluated and given a certificate of completion at the graduation ceremony. Receipts for retreats will be available after completion of the retreat.

Retreat Cancellation Policy

* Your $900 deposit is non-refundable. You will also receive an intake with one of our therapists, and it will hold a retreat spot for you.

* 100% deposit refund for cancellation 30+ days before the training minus a $100 administration fee.

* non-refundable 0-29 days before the training.  Note:  We will do our best to fill your spot, in which case you will receive a full refund minus a $200 administrative fee.

Be aware that each retreat centre has a different cancellation policy. We do our best to harmonize our policy with theirs but there may be instances where the retreat may have a different policy than ours.
